[Toyohashi-City]
Date : Annually on a weekend in mid-October
In 1981, a youth parishioners' group was established at the Tadako Hachiman-sha Shrine. In May 1982, the youth parishioners cut timber from the shrine grounds, and built a float complete with carving etc. After the float had been built, a Shrine ritual and festival music to be performed at the time of departure were created, and today, the float parades around town to the rhythm of festival music played by children.
